Most of our dog apparel can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water and then air-dried. Always check the specific care instructions on the product label to maintain the fabric and fit.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of $35.00 or more. Below that it is a flat $5.95 anywhere in the United States.
How long will my order take?
We hand parcels to the carrier within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes a further 3-7 business days. Those are carrier estimates rather than promises.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at present. We ship within the US only.
Can I return something?
Yes — unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Email [email protected] to start it off.
